All orders are sent out via AUSTRALIA POST using eParcel Express Post only.
We are committed to providing our customers with 100% discreet delivery at all times. Depending on the physical size of the contents of your order, you parcel will arrive in either a plain white padded satchel or a plain brown carton.
The only details to be included on the packaging will be the recipients details and the senders details. The senders details will be marked as coming from “ASC”, there will be no mention of adultshop.com on the parcel so you can be assured that your co-workers, parents or partners will be none the wiser!

That’s right! For all orders of $59 or more, goods will be delivered at no charge within Australia. And of course, always with the same level of privacy and discretion!
If you have elected to receive email notification, you will receive one email when your payment transaction has been approved and another email when your order leaves the warehouse. Your order will be shipped from our South Melbourne warehouse.

Please note: Due to current circumstances caused by the COVID-19 virus, our dispatch and delivery times may be a day or two longer than normal. We ask for your patience and understanding at this difficult time for all of us! A combination of increased hygiene practices and other additional precautionary measures at our distribution centre, plus increased demand on Australia Post services is creating delays beyond our control.

Your order will be shipped via Australia Post eParcel Express. We strive to process your order within 24 hours of it being received. In metropolitan areas this will mean delivery within 2-4 business days. In regional areas, delivery will usually take 4-10 business days however; can sometimes be longer in remote areas. Over holiday periods and during sales promotions however this may not always be possible. If your order is delayed for any reason, we endeavor to contact you and advise you of shipping times. Of course you can always check the status of your order in the Member’s Area of the web site.
We ship to Australian post office boxes and to both private and business street addresses. Please ensure you enter your address details carefully when placing your order though as we cannot accept responsibility for extra shipping costs incurred as a result of insufficient or incorrect address information. If your parcel is returned to us because your order did not contain sufficient or complete information, one of our Customer Care Team members will contact you either by telephone or by email – whichever method you elected when you placed your order with us – however you will incur an additional postage and handling fee of $10 regardless of the value of your order. If there is no-one to accept delivery at the street address nominated in your order, the postman will take your parcel to your nearest Australia Post Office, leaving a card at your nominated street address advising you when and where the parcel may be collected at your convenience. There is no additional charge for this service.
